Thanks for booking an N95 fit test. Here are the details:

Please let me know if you want to change the date or time.

It will likely take 15 minutes.

Please be on time - if you are late I may not be able to do your fit test, as I have a BLS/first aid class starting after your fit test. 

 

If you are a no show, there is no refund.  If you arrive late, I can transfer your payment to another date.

If you need to cancel or change dates, I require a minimum of 2 hours notice. Thank you for understanding.

 

Note: Before your fit test, please do not eat, drink, smoke or chew gum for 20 minutes so that we can get an accurate reading.  Sips of water are ok.

After your fit test, you can keep the mask used during your test.

When you arrive you will  fill out the N95 screening form. You will also need to taste the Bitrex/Saccharine spray before the N95 fit testing starts.  You may want to bring a bottle of water with you to help remove the bad taste in your mouth.

If you have long hair, please wear it in a pony tail during your fit test.

If you wear make up, please wear minimal lotion/cover up as it may cause the mask to slide on your face. 

Gentlemen: you will need to be clean shaven for an accurate fit test.

The fit test can leave a bad taste in your mouth.

You will receive your N95 card as soon as the fit test is completed.  The card will be valid for two years.

Bus Route: If you are taking the bus, the closest stops are 1488 or 1122.  The bus routes are #3 or #111.

LRT: your stop will be the Kingsway/Royal Alex LRT station.  Walk west for about 10 minutes along 111 Ave.
